Mrs. Rice was born February 22, 1922 in Fouke,Arkansas. She was retired from World Book Encyclopedia and a charter member of Pinson Park Baptist Church. Mrs. Rice was preceded in death by her husband Mark Rice.
Mrs. Rice is survived by her daughter; Charlotte Humphrey of Texarkana,Arkansas, her son and daughter-in-law; Mark Joseph Perry Rice and his wife Sydnee of Texarkana,Arkansas. Mrs. Rice is also survived by her brother; Joseph Samuel Oswald of Doddridge,Arkansas and her grandchildren; Chuck Humphrey, Beth Humphrey, Katie Rice Clark, Kristen Rice, Derek Dickerson and Dakota Dickerson.
Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday night from 6:00-8:00 p.m. November 26, 2013 at East Funeral Home-Downtown
Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday November 27th, 2013 at East Funeral Home-Downtown Chapel
Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery.
