He was preceded in death by his father, Foy A. Baker Jr.
Survivors include his wife, Tammy Baker, of Texarkana, TX; his daughters Amber Baker, Faith Baker, Kara Cummings, and Ashlee Carter, all of Texarkana, TX; his stepson, Branden Stafford, of Macon, GA; his brother, Brian Baker, of Elizabethtown, KY; his mother, Linda Stout, of Doddridge, AR; as well as other relatives.
Kevin was a husband, father, son, brother, and grandpa. His family and friends were his whole world. He touched the lives of so many.
A memorial service will be 10:30 am, Saturday April 23, 2022 at First Baptist Moores Lane Atrium. Visitation to follow after.
In lieu of flowers, family request donations for the youngest daughter.
