Sending our love and prayers for you all.  Mrs Kitten was the one of the most sweetest and kindest Christians we've ever known.  Heaven is surely rejoicing of her arrival!  May God bless you and keep you close in His arms as you seek his peace and comfort during this difficult time. 

Kitten was a coworker of mine for many years at Bealls. I have many fond memories of the time we  spent working together. She was a dedicated employee and a great friend. Over the years I had an opportunity to meet her entire family and visit with them when they came to the store. I was always impressed at what a close knit family they were. When my wife passed away in March of 2020, Kitten was one of the first to call and offer her condolences. Since that time we talked on the phone several times. What a good person she was! I will miss her kind, sweet voice. RIP my friend. You will be missed.

My earliest memory of you was in the early 60’s. I was about 6. You came and stayed at our house in Indiana for a few weeks while Uncle Jerry was in school or something in Indianapolis. I was learning to play piano. I was practicing “Bells are ringing hearts are singing, hymns of love and life worthwhile. Candles lights are shining bright and singer’s marching down the aisle”. I was also singing,…..loudly. I was 6 and I did not know what a-i-s-l-e spelled. So….I said it the way it is spelled. You had me sing it over and over and we just laughed and laughed, I did not know what we were even laughing about but I am my Mother’s daughter and was happy to be so entertaining. You and I had many laughs about that through the years. I love you Aunt Kitten and I will miss you. Have fun with the rest of your bunch and I’ll see you in the morning on the bright river side.

Katheryn was always so sweet to me at Bealls she told me the first Christmas to give Marvin a list or he would prob get me a marked down robe . Lol he still gets a list to this day. She was a special lady.

So sorry to hear this. I remember your mom from Bealls years ago. Such a sweet lady. Prayers for your family.

     I’m so sorry to hear that your mom has passed. I remember the first time I saw her… My mom was walking me to class on the first day of kindergarten, and there was your mom with you 2 girls.  I’d never seen twins before, so I had questions!  :) I’ll never forget her sweet disposition and how she later took me under her wing when I worked at Bealls in high school and college.  Your family will be in my prayers… Love you! 

I remember working at the preschool with her and asking why she was boiling so many eggs one day. She told me the kids love them with pretzels and cheese. And sure enough when she brought them to the school kids we almost didn’t have enough. I now love to have boiled eggs, pretzels and cheese together. Love and will miss her. Love to all of you. Prayers for peace.
