Jessie L. Jones

Jessie L. Jones, 82 of Texarkana, TX passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2020 at his home. He was born on July 15, 1937 in Texarkana, TX. Mr. Jones a veteran serving in the U S Navy, U S Army and National Guard.

He was preceded in death by his wife JoAnn Reaves Jones and Daughter Debby Jones McCormick.

Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Donna Jones Holder and husband Scott of Mart, TX; son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Stephanie Jones of Texarkana, TX; eight grandchildren, Landon McCormick of Ridgeland, SC, Braden McCormick of Texarkana, Tx, Garrett Holder of Mart, TX, Alyssa Holder of Mart, TX, Brannon Shelby and his wife Olivia of Texarkana, TX, Blake Jones of Texarkana, TX, Emma Jones of Texarkana, Tx and Isabella Jones of Texarkana, TX; two great grandchildren, Andi Lynn Holder of Mart, TX and Analynn Shelby of Texarkana, TX.

Graveside service will be 2:30pm Monday May 11, 2020 in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens with Rev. John Bryant officiating. Burial will be under the direction of East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.

Friends can visit and sign the register book for Mr. Jones from 12noon to 7pm Sunday May 10, 2020

at East Funeral Home-Moores-Lane.
