George Vaughn

George Vaughn, 64, of Texarkana, TX passed away June 15, 2011 in a local hospital. Mr. Vaughn was born July 15, 1946 in Texarkana. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force; and a member of First Bikers Church, the American Legion and the DAV.

Survivors include his wife, Dianne Vaughn of Texarkana, TX; sons, Dale Vaughn, Justin Vaughn, and Cody Vaughn all of Texarkana, TX; brother, Junior Vaughn of Texarkana, AR; sisters, Wanda Cherry and Sue Royal both of Texarkana, AR, Debbie Swift of Longview, TX and Cindi Parnell of Texarkana, AR; step-children, Frankie Moye, Sheila Boodell, Bobbie Jo Story and John Moye all of Houston, TX; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, June 18, 2011 at First Bikers Church with Bro. Matthew Butler and Bro. Gary Don Sandlin officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home - Moores Lane.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, June 17, 2011 at East Funeral Home - Moores Lane.
