Sharon Sue Lamb

Sharon Sue (Crooks) Lamb, 82, passed away June 25, 2024 at The Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care with her family by her side. She was born in Farmersburg, Indiana to Wilbur and Lucille (McCamman) Crooks. Sharon was a dedicated housewife, mom and mamaw. She loved the outdoors and children, taking care of dozens throughout her lifetime. She was also an avid animal lover and volunteer rescue as much as she could. Sharon is survived by one daughter, Tracy Lamb; two granddaughters, Amanda Jones, Samantha Jones; four great-grandsons, Jackson Lamb, Clyde Jones, Fletcher Jones, Ezra Jones; two great-granddaughters, Adalynn Lamb, Amiah Jones; one brother, Donald Joe Crooks; and several nieces and nephews. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Wilbur Crooks, Jack Crooks, Mort Crooks; two sister, Connie Crooks, Phyllis Mason; and her husband of 57 years, Clyde Leroy Lamb. Per Sharon’s wishes, she is being cremated with no visitation or services. The family would like to give a special thanks to Hospice of the Wabash Valley.
