Joan was a graduate of Concannon High School.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Herschel Johnson; a brother, Ed Kellett; two sisters, Agnes Bell, and Ellen Aue.
Surviving are her children, Robert Johnson, James Edward Johnson, and Stacey Jackson and husband Bob; four grandchildren, Brandi, Sierra, Stephanie and Bobby.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at 1 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 11 am until time of services.
Joan will be remembered as a wonderful cook.
