Donald Craig Barclay

Donald "Craig" Barclay passed away on May 12, 2019, following an extended battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife Judy of Terre Haute; daughter Nina (Daniel) Meeker of Aurora, Colo.; son Christopher Barclay (Julie) of Terre Haute; and brother Daniel (Elizabeth) of Oakridge, Ore. Craig was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Sue A. (Barclay) Maslin, and both paternal and maternal grandparents. He was born on October 24, 1953, in Terre Haute, to Donald and Carole (Paton) Barclay. After joining the Army in 1976, Craig served tours in Germany, Fort Ord, Calif., Fort Lewis, Wash., and Fort Campbell, Ky., and was promoted to staff sergeant before completing his career with the Indiana National Guard. He was an avid fan of NASCAR, Indy, and Sprint Car racing.
