Carolyn Jean McClain, 75, of Terre Haute, passed away on October 16, 2019. She was born on September 23, 1944 in Terre Haute to Virgil Jones and Mildred Handlin Jones.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Alan Ray McClain; and a son, Charles Edward Robbins, Jr.; and a brother, Larry Jones.
Surviving are her children, Rhonda Shellhammer and husband Howard; Martin Robbins and wife Brenda; and Shawn Havens and husband, Aaron; a sister, Barbara Carpenter and husband Kenny; four grandchildren, Josh Robbins, Laura Hulser, Dylan Davis, and Jessica Havens; and several great- grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Rosedale Baptist Church, at 4 PM on Saturday, October 19, 2019.
