Ronald E. Pearson

Memorial services for Ronald Edward Pearson, 59, of Temple, Texas, formerly of Abilene and Borger, will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at Christ Episcopal Church in Temple, Texas with the Rev. Mitch Tollett officiating. Mr. Pearson died Monday, October 14, 2013, in Port Aransas, Texas. He was born April 18, 1954, in Borger, Texas, to Thomas Edward Pearson and Maxine McDowell Pearson (now Maxine Parkhurst). He married Mary Black on April 20, 1991. Pearson and his wife established the law firm of Pearson & Pearson. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Edward Pearson. Survivors include his wife, Mary Black Pearson, his Mother, Maxine Parkhurst of Amarillo, and his daughter, Elizabeth Ann Pearson of San Antonio. Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Families In Crisis, Inc., P.O.
