Charles Evans Jr, 64 of Temple TX was born on March 11, 1959, and departed this life on December 1,
2023. Charles was born in Raleigh, North Carolina to Charles Evans Sr and Evelyn Bryant. After high school graduation Charles was eager to serve his country, so he enlisted into the United States Army. While abroad, he met and married the love of his life for 44 years, Chong Suk Kim. He was an employee of Allied Security where he served as Captain. Charles met and touched so many lives through his job, “where he never met a stranger.” He loved martial arts, occasionally going to the boat, but most of all spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his father Charles Evans Sr, and son Charles Evans III.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Chong Evans of Temple, TX; daughter, Chong (Michael) Moss of
Killeen, TX; two grandchildren, who brought him so much joy, Michael Moss and Malachi Moss.
