Joe Edward Widner, age 80 born June 1, 1938 and went home to be with the Lord on July 12, 2018. He was of Baptist Faith and a Vietnam Veteran. Joe loved his country and served the US Army from 1962-1973 including two tours in Vietnam, where he won two Bronze stars and a Military Service Commendation all while serving in the 101st. He left the Army as a Sergeant (E6). He was preceded in death by Daddy Esker, Mom Bessie Mae and Brother Hugh Laford Widner.

Geraldine (Bill) Turner of Tazewell, TN
Loved by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Saturday July 14, 2018 at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell, TN. Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Sunday July 15, 2018 in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in the Robinson Cemetery with Military Honors.
