Larry Wayne Stephens

He worked as a Meat Market Manager for H.E.B. for 15 years. Larry was a Air Force Veteran, He also worked for TxDot for 24 years in their facilities maintenance. Larry enjoyed woodworking, hunting, renovating homes, playing the drums, umpiring baseball, and chatting with friends and family. He was also actively involved in Shriners, Masons, and the American Legion.

Larry is survived by his wife, Carol, children, James (Rene), Teresa (Jeff), Greg (Elizabeth), Melissa (Ronnie), stepchildren, Tyler, Colby, brother Johnny, grandchildren Katlin, Kayla, Kelsey, Ronnie Jr., Jackson (McKinnley) Harvey, Grace, Landon and Layne.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents Walter and Laverne Stephens.

[Honorary pallbearers are James Robbins, Jeff Domel and Danny Robbins. Derek Evans, Ronnie Zimmerman Jr., Timothy Jones, Colton Domel, and Michael Wilson, Malcolm Randig will serve as pallbearers.

A visitation for Larry will be held Tuesday, August 30, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Condra Funeral Home, Taylor, TX. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Condra Funeral Home.

Larry will be laid to rest in Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery, Taylor, TX.
