Youssef Ghaly

Mr. Youssef Ghaly; 85 years, has gone to his heavenly rest on September 30, 2018. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and uncle; a man of great faith and service. He is the husband of the late Samira Ghaly, father of Fr. Youstos Ghaly, priest of St Mark Coptic Orthodox Church of New Orleans, Salwa Boulos and Hanan Dawood, Father In-law of Atef Boulos, David Dawood, Tasoni Mary Ghaly. Brother of Boshra Ghaly, the late Hanna Daoud, Tamam Abdelmalek, Boulis Ghaly, Mechel Ghaly, Zareef Ghaly, and Afaf Aknoukh.

Brother in-law of Zaghlool Farag, Michael Abdelmalek, Mariam Ghaly, Kamilia Ghaly, Emil Aknoukh, Nadia & Samir Barsoum, Samia & Emil Wahba, Ester Ibrahim & the late Sobhy Ibrahim, Joseph & Sally Matta, and Nadia Ghaly. He is survived by his grandchildren David & Christine Boulos, Marina & Micheal Wassif, Paul Ghaly, Sarah Dawood, Lisa Grace Dawood and Hannah Dawood and great grandchildren Elijah, Ella, and Ezra Boulos and Faith Wassif and the many nephews and nieces whom he loved.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday October 6, 2018 at 10:00 am at: St. George Coptic Orthodox Church 2135 W. Busch Blvd. Tampa, FL 33612. Burial services to follow. May the Lord grant our much-loved father joy and peace as he reunites with his beloved wife, the late Samira Ghaly, and grandson, the late Timothy Boulos.
