Tracy Brown Vestal, 56, Tampa native, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 9, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband Norman Vestal, father Richard Brown, sister Gretchen Mallory, and grandparents Clinton & Florence Brown, and Vibert & Sadie Griffith. She is survived by her children Brianna & Darien Vestal, mother Marlene Brown, sister Kelly Brown, and her faithful canine companion Razz. Tracy attended Robinson High School and was a hardworking, dedicated employee for over 35 years at Health Plan Services. Her family meant everything to her, especially her children. She was a compassionate person towards people and had a special love for animals. Tracy was a generous person gifted with humor and quick wit. Fascinated by the world around her, Tracy found joy in deepening her already expansive knowledge. Her family will miss her humor and unconditional love the most. Visitation will begin at 12:30pm on Sunday, November 19, 2017 followed by The Celebration of Life Service at 1:30pm at Blount & Curry Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4207 East Lake Avenue, Tampa.
