Kelley, Thomas J. (Tom), 91, of Tampa passed away Thursday, September 24, 2015. He was a member of A.W. Windhorst Masonic Lodge #185, 32 Degree Mason at the Tampa Scottish Rite, Egypt Temple Shrine, American Legion Post 111 and the German American Club. Tom was a WWII US Army veteran attached to the C.I.B. 1007th Engineer Special Service Battalion. He was a graduate of Hillsborough High School and attended the University of Florida (Gators). He retired from TECO after 32 years. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Marlene; children Donald Kelley (Veronica), Cheryl White (Houston), Donna Brown (Bill), and Carmen Kelley (Donald Smith). He was preceded in death by a daughter Patricia Mary Kelley; Nine Grandchildren: Diane, Kelley, Stephanie, Doug, Cynthia, Kristin, Phillip, Kimmie and Lauren and 14 Great-Grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 10am on Monday, September 28 at Lake Magdalene United Methodist Church, 2902 W Fletcher Ave, Tampa. Interment will be at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida with military honors and masonic rites on Friday, October 16, 2015 at 12:03 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the local children’s home and humane society. The family would like to thank for their devoted care, Dr Kim, Dr. Canedo and Dr. Garcia.
