WEBER, Russell, 83, of Tampa passed away May 12, 2018. A true Tampa native, he was born to William and Gertrude (Filkins) Weber on December 26, 1934. Russell graduated with the 1953 class of Jesuit High School then went on to receive his engineering degree from Georgia Tech. He served in the United States Marines. He retired from Trak Microwave after many years of service. He was proceeded in death by his parents and his brothers; Ray, Billy, Conrad, and Harry. Survivors include his loving wife of 33 years, Linda; children, Phyllis (Jim) Weber-Boyce, Steve (Natalie) Weber, Amy (Todd) Keil, and Scott (Eva) Hill; siblings, Meredith Wilmath, Maurice Curtis, Tommy Weber; sister-in-law, Elaine Weber; grandchildren, Ashley, Logan, Devin, Jacob, Abby, Jason, Christopher; and 3 great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, May 15 at the Blount & Curry, Oldsmar/West Hillsborough Chapel, 6802 Silvermill Dr., Tampa followed by procession to Garden of Memories Cemetery. Father Alan Weber will be officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lifepath Hospice his memory.
