ARROYO, Ramon, 83, of Tampa, has gone home to join his daughter Ruby on July 26, 2012. He is survived by his wife Lydia; sons Raymond, George, Johnny, and Gerson; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and a congregation that love him. Services will be saturday July 28.
