Marilyn D. Jardieu, 75, of Tampa, Florida, passed away on May 27, 2022 in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Marilyn was born in Utica, New York, to Joseph and Dorothy Jardieu on October 12, 1946. She graduated from Clinton High School. She worked in the harness horse racing field for many years and taking care of the horses and her pets was among her greatest joys. She subsequently worked in various retail sales positions. She loved animals and believed she was placed on this earth to help them.
Marilyn is preceded in death by her father, Joseph, mother, Dorothy, and brother, Ronald.
Marilyn is survived by her sister, Janice, Tampa, Florida and nephew, Derek (Vanesa) and his family.
Private cremation arrangements are by Blount and Curry Funeral Home- Carrollwood Chapel.
Memorials may be given to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.
