Born on March 8, 1940, in Cullman, Alabama, she was the cherished daughter of the late Rowena and Robert Aldridge. She married her high school sweet Howard L. Patterson, who preceded her in death. Linda dedicated most of her adult life to education. She was a preschool teacher who worked tirelessly to inspire young minds and help shape their future. When she was not teaching she enjoyed doing puzzles, painting and anything craft related. Linda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Linda's journey through life was marked by her feisty spirit, unwavering kindness, and her profound impact on those around her. She is survived by 4 children, Cheri Denis, Jimmy Patterson, Bobby Patterson and Debra Bennett; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grand-children. Linda loved her family deeply and will be missed by all that knew her. A celebration of life will be held at a later time.
