went to heaven to be with her
beloved husband Freddy Cook;
her parents Mary and Jim Boatright;
her sister, Sandra Brannon;
brother, Thomas Boatright,
as well as many other family
members lost along the way.
She is survived by her
children Michele Williams,
Mr. Christopher Williams,
Daniel Peek and Mrs. Dawn Peek;
grandchildren Daisy,
Daniel and Alex Peek
and many nieces, nephews,
cousins and friends.
"We loved her with all of our hearts
and she will dearly be missed".
Visitation will take place on Friday,
April 15th from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
at Garden of Memories Funeral Home
4207 E. Lake Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday,
April 16th at 2:00 pm
at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
