Lillian was born in Fayetteville, West Virginia to Edward and Dora Cotcamp on March 8, 1931.
Lillian is proceeded in death by her husband of 54 years, Roger; parents, Edward and Dora Cotcamp; sister, Margurite; brothers, Bill and Tom Cotcamp; grandson, Bryan Whitley; and daughter-in-law, Deborah Whitley.
Lillian is survived by her children, Richard, Michael and Tim(Jennifer) Whitley; grandchildren, Brandi Whitley Quinones and Christopher (Julie) Whitley; great grandchildren, Mandy Quinones, Raven and Nolan Whitley; and brother, Fred.
The family would like to extend our most heart felt love to Jackie Wise (Lillian's niece) and Kathy Whitley (Lillian's sister-in-law) for the loving devotion, care and companionship they have provided to Lillian over so many years. They have to have a special place in heaven reserved just for them.
