Leann Christine Kelley passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at the age of 66 in Forest, Virginia. Leann was born on July 20, 1956, in Tampa, Florida. She moved to Dayton, Tennessee in 1974 where she graduated from Bryan College with a degree in elementary education.
She married Stan Kelley, her husband of 44 years, in Tampa, Florida, and later gave birth to her three children: Cyrus, Matthew, and Leslie Kelley who she raised in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania and Orlando, Florida. Leann’s faith in Christ was paramount.
She dedicated her life to teaching children; a legacy she provided to her church, children, grandchildren, and others. She enjoyed reading, dining out, movies, and arts and crafts.
Leann is survived by her husband, Stan Kelley; parents, David and Lorraine McClelland; sister, Katherine Todd; brother-in-law, Rayford Todd; sister-in-law, Theresa Miranda; her three children; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ronald McClelland.
A funeral service for Leann will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories, 4207 East Lake Avenue, Tampa, Florida. Interment to follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery, Tampa, Florida. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.
