They say, only the good die young. They're right because when it comes down to it, 89 years old is too soon. Grandma your words are timeless, your strength had no limit, and the example you gave us is priceless.
Everything u did was for ur babies and for your babies' babies. You never looked for strength in a man. Your strength was from God. You always told it, like it is. You always fed us til we were stuffed. No matter how far away we were, u knew us better than ourselves. No matter how far away we are, our love is always strong. 
When Dad died, you told to be thankful to God for the gift of a great father. I am always. Now I thank God for you. A beautiful, strong, bold, independant, faithful, brilliant woman. What an  example you leave us! I Love you.

As I think about you the main thing that comes to mind is your faith. The Lord has really blessed your generation.You instilled a love for the Lord in your children. Because of you, my mom taught us and now we teach our children. Not to mention all the stories I've heard of how you prayed for the sick and went around sharing the gospel to those that were willing to hear. So not just your family but who knows how many more people have gotten saved through you. I am very proud of this, grandma. Thank you! I'll see you in Paradise.

To my beloved grandmother, I love you so much. Thank you for teaching me how to forgive and love others including my enemies. I know you learned these things through the word of God but I learned from you. You have taught me many things that I can pass down to my kids. I am greatful that you got to meet your youngest great granddaughter and I am proud to be your grandson. I wish nothing more than the unity of our family to stay strong and whole. I love you all.
