Joyce was born in Gary, Indiana to John Ira Pegg, father, and Ulah Arlene Pegg, mother, on January 28, 1954. She graduated from Griffith Senior High School, Griffith, Indiana and St. Petersburg College with A.S. degree in Paralegal and a Phi Theta Kappa member.
She owned an internet franchise for 23 years, specializing in natural health solutions and weight management. She received numerous achievement awards while helping 100’s of people live healthier lives. Joyce was a very caring person and a team player. If you ever needed something, you could count on her. While small in stature, she was very, very big in heart! Joyce shared her love with and was loved by so many people. Her smile and laugh were electric. She loved animals and cared for 2 cats, Lucky and Squeaker, and a horse, Trigger.
Joyce is preceded in death by John Ira Pegg, father, Ulah Arlene Pegg, mother, and Robert Eugene Pegg, brother. She is survived by John William Pegg, brother, and Larry Outzen, life partner.
