Jane Carter Neill, 87, passed away peacefully in her sleep at home from natural causes on May 2, 2021. She was born on November 9, 1933 in Tampa, Florida. Jane was the daughter of her loving parents Fred and Mary Carter. Jane is predeceased in death by her loving husband, James W. Neill, former owner of Jim Neill Chevrolet in Zephyrhills, Florida. They had a love for each other that was immeasurable. They had three loving daughters. Jane had a very loving beautiful sister. Jane had a love and joy for life up until her final moments on earth. She was a stunningly beautiful, elegant woman with a beautiful smile. She had loving Grand-children, loving Great-grand children, and loving nieces and nephews. She was kind and friendly to everyone. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, neighbors and everyone who knew her. Jane will forever be in our hearts.
