Grisel Torres

TORRES, Grisel, 51, of Tampa, Florida passed away on Jan. 04, 2011. She was born in Corozal, Puerto Rico on July 18, 1959 and later lived in Staten Island New York for several years. Grisel is survived by her husband Felix E. Torres; daughter Grisel J. Mirra; sons Gabriel E. Torres and Emmanuel Torres; brothers Jesus Rojas and Juan Adorno; sister Lucy Rojas; three grandchildren, Giana and Riana Mirra, and Samuel Torres; and countless friends. Grisel won everyone's heart where ever she went and always gave everything she had. She was a supportive wife and a great mother, always leading by example. Grisel worked as a school translator for several years in Denver, she also was an active church member in Tampa, Colorado, Virginia, and Germany. Visitation will take place from 6 pmto 8pm with service from 8pm to 9pm on Thursday Jan. 06, 2011 at Gonzalez Funeral Home. On Fri. Jan. 07, 2011 family will meet at the Funeral Home for prayer at 9am then take Grisel to her final resting place in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell Florida.
