Frankalene was born in Olney, Illinois to Frank Brinkley and Helen Bagget on August 5, 1941. She was married to James Ring, Jr. on June 5, 1961. Frankalene was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.She was kind and loved everyone she came in contact with.
Frankalene is survived by her husband of 62 years, James Dow Ring, Jr., her two sons, James Dow Ring, III and his wife, Melinda, and Robert Morris Ring and his wife Christina, her siblings, Joyce Van Dyke, David Brinkley, James Brinkley, Linda Armstrong, and numerous nieces and nephews, four granddaughters, Candice Vega, Cadi Valva, Jenna Ring, Kendall Ring, and seven great grandchildren, Daniel, Gracee, Mackenzie, Liam, Hadlee, Hannah, and Olivia.
Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society, Animal Shelters, and the Tampa Humane Society.
