PACHECO, Dr. Felipe R., 93, passed away January 6, 2018. He was born in Santa Clara, Cuba on August 22, 1924. He is survived by his loving wife Maria I. Pacheco; his daughters, Carmen Weber and Lillian Porter; his son-in-law, Greg Porter; his granddaughters, Jennifer and Kelly Porter; his brother Armando Pacheco; and his nieces and nephews.
Felipe had his own law practice for 30 years in Tampa, Florida. Previously he worked for Carlton, Fields and Ward as a Law Librarian. Earlier he worked at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York as a Law Librarian for nine years. He was director of the library at the University of Santa Clara before moving to the U.S.A.
A funeral mass at St. Lawrence Catholic Church is scheduled for Felipe on 10:30am, Friday, January 12, 2018. Interment to follow immediately at Sunset Memory Gardens.
