88, of Tampa, FL, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, July 17th. Evelyne was a lifelong Floridian and was a pioneer in commercial real estate mentoring and inspiring many of today’s industry leaders. Her passion and love for the business, uncompromising ethics, positive attitude and sharp wit were personal hallmarks throughout her long and highly decorated career. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph; her sister, Melba; and was the last surviving Bouington in the state of Florida. She is survived by her daughter, Denise; sons, Greg and Richard (Deborah) Andretta; grandchildren: Christine, Jessica, Richard Jr., Maggie; and great grandchild Kayla. A visitation will take place at Blount and Curry Funeral home, 605 S. MacDill Ave on Monday, July 21st from 4pm -7pm. A funeral mass will be held at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, 4311 W. San Miguel St on Tuesday, July 22nd at 11am, with a reception to follow at Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club.
