Elaine M Nesbitt, age 85, of Tampa, passed away on March 12,2022 in Tampa.
Elaine was born in Tampa to Ethel and Ernest Mikell in 1936. She went to school at Hillsborough High School and graduated in 1954. She proudly graduated from University of Florida in 1958 and married John Nesbitt in 1959. She and John were lucky enough to have 64 wonderful years of marriage. She worked as a legal secretary and later become a caring mother. She enjoyed league tennis at Carrollwood Village and in Orlando. Elaine was a lifelong Gator going to many years of football games and was adopted into the University of Florida Grand Guard in 2008. A lover of games, she was an ace bridge player her entire life. She was loved by all she met.
Elaine is survived by her husband John, sister Susan, children Cristi and Scott and grandchildren Cody, Maya, Savanna and Austin. All will miss her terribly.
