Milligan, Dolores "Dee Dee", 65, Tampa, passed away on November 22, 2016. Dee Dee born to Leland and Jeanne Allcut and grew up in Grosse Pointe Woods, MI, where she graduated from Grosse Pointe High, Class of ‘69. A trivia prowess, Dee Dee had a zeal for politics, music and travel, but was well-known as an avid baseball fan. She rooted for teams everywhere she lived: Detroit, Toronto and for the past 27 years Tampa Bay. A true gourmet, she was a spectacular cook, particularly when creating for those she loved. She lit up rooms with her endearing smile and always made everyone feel special. Free of judgment, Dee rarely shirked a good debate, enjoyed meaningful conversation and was a true confidant. The happiest days of her life were spent with her beloved husband and father of their children, Robert “Bob” Milligan, who preceded her in death. Dee Dee continued to derive her joy as an incredible mother of their two children, Amanda and Alex. She was predeceased by her parents and step-father, John Butterfield. Dee Dee is survived by not only her children, but also her siblings, sister Debra; brothers, Gregg (Sandi) and John; niece, and nephews, Elizabeth, Chris and Thomas (Sabrina); as well as, her aunt Gloria and her children,n George, David (Kim) and Dixie and the many friends she considered family.
