David Lynn Tippin, of Tampa, died on July 13, 2022. Born In Owensboro, KY, Dave was director of the Tampa Water Dept. for 29 years. He's survived by, sons, Brad (Kim) and Rew (Rebecca); granddaughter, Gwen, long-time partner, Gail; his sister, Mary Ann (Bill); sister-in-law, Connie; and numerous extended family. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Florida United Methodist Children's Home. Public service to be held at Palma Ceia United Methodist Church at 2 pm on Aug. 18.
