David Samuel Hicks

David Samuel Hicks, 16, went to be with Jesus on December 13, 2017. David was born April 16, 2001 in Tarpon Springs, FL. He lived in Hudson, Florida for 3 years, then in Gainesville, Georgia for 11 years, then has lived in Land O Lakes for the past 2 years. He was a junior at Land O Lakes High School. In his free time, he made videos for the school announcements, was contracted for some graphic design, and loved video games and cars. David is survived by his loving mother and father, Sharon and Dave Hicks, his siblings; Caitlin (Austin) and Cassandra; paternal grandmother, Marcia Hicks; maternal grandmother, Alicia Zukauskas; aunts and uncles; Eric, Bill, Tom, Brenna, and Diane, and cousins; Geni, Lydia, and Kayne. He is joining his grandfathers in heaven, David Wayne Hicks and Tom Zukauskas. A public viewing will be held from 3:30-5:00pm, on Sunday, December 17, at the Blount and Curry Funeral Home Carrollwood Chapel. Following the viewing is the service at 5pm. Following the service will be a reception.
