Cindy Pope

Cindy was born on December 30, 1965 in Tampa, Florida to Donna and Frank Meszaros. Cindy attended Chamberlain High School and graduated in the class of 1983. On December 10, 2008 she married her husband, Kevin Pope. She was a kind and gentle person loved by many, with a propensity for looking at the bright side. She appreciated simple pleasures the most - yoga, her two cats, the beach; and most of all, spending quality time with her family and friends.

Cindy is reunited with her mother, Donna Meszaros, in Heaven’s Arms. She is survived by a family that she loved dearly: her husband Kevin Pope, father Frank Meszaros, sisters Dore Mills and Shelly Blasciak, brother Frank Meszaros, sons Matthew and Michael Barcomb, and step-son Caleb Pope.

A celebration of Cindy’s life will take place at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories on February 22nd at 12:30 PM. Flowers are welcome and greatly appreciated, but if friends prefer to donate to a charitable cause in remembrance, the family asks that they be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network in Cindy’s name.
