RODRIGUEZ, Augustine Aristides, 88, passed away October 7th 2017. A Tampa native he attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help School in Ybor City and worked at American can company for 27 years. He was affectionately known as TV Gus. His hobby was making models, from age 15 to 85 he made 150 plus models donating many to various organizations throughout the Southeastern U.S., primarily in Florida. Augustine is preceded in death by sons Daniel (Julie Minardi) and Patrick. Survivors include his loving wife of 39 years, Teresa C Rodriguez, children David, Anita, Adrianne and Paul Rodriguez, all of Tampa as well as ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren . A viewing and requiem Mass will be held on Thursday October 26th at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church 1711 East 11th Avenue, Ybor City. From 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Salesian Sisters of Tampa C/O Villa Madonna School 315 West Columbus Drive Tampa Florida 33602.
