On Monday, July 19, Andrea Capitano, loving daughter, wife, sister, and mother of two children (Max, 17, Sadie, 9), passed away at the age of 40. Andrea was born on November 23, 1980, to Brenda and Tim Capitano. She was beloved by her parents, children, siblings (Melissa and Calista) and several cousins, aunts/uncles, grandparents, and friends.
Andrea was an extremely gifted individual. She was valedictorian of her high school. She received her Masters of Science in Criminal Justice. She was an avid music lover and a career student who loved to learn and to challenge her mind. She was known for her infectious laugh, sarcastic humor, her kindness, her big heart, and the ability to see the good in everyone. She will be deeply missed but will remain in our hearts forever.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 13, at the Blount and Curry Funeral Home at 3207 W Bearss Ave, Tampa, FL 33618 at 10 o’clock a.m.
In lieu of flowers, we are asking anyone who wants to donate to contribute to an educational fund that will be in the honor of her two children, Sadie and Max.
