Ali "Champ" Richard Joseph, age 18, of Tampa, Florida passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2022. Ali was born on December 1, 2003 in Hollywood, Florida. He was currently a Senior at Wharton High School in Tampa.
He is survived by his parents, Davin Joseph and Latoya Lawrence; his siblings Elie Joseph, Tyrie Robinson, Tanner Robinson, and Tristan Robinson; his grandparents Minnie Joseph, Elie Joseph, and Michelle Parker; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
Ali loved any and all water sports especially jet skiing. He was an avid gamer and YouTuber that enjoyed building custom computers, hanging out with his grandma, eating Chick Fil A, and movie nights with his family and friends. He was a shy young man with a good heart and sharp mind. A man of few words with a beautiful smile and bright future. Ali was a consistent honor roll student and volunteer for his community. He was a great person that treated everyone with respect especially his dog Honey, his great friend Mrs. Bobbi, his friend Cole, his aunt Makayla, his Godfather Mubeen, his special friend Dayri, and his uncle Willie.
A Visitation for Champ will be held Thursday, February 17, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories, 4207 E. Lake Ave., Tampa, FL 33610. Following the Visitation will be a Graveside Service at 3:00 p.m. at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park, 5048 E. Lake Ave., Tampa, FL 33610.
