ORTIZ, Alfredo, 66, passed away on May 26, 2012 in Tampa, FL. He is survived by his loving wife, Carmen Ortiz; children Alfredo Ortiz Jr. and Denise Ortiz, mother-in-law Maria Soto; 3 sisters and 4 brothers as well as a brother-in-law and sister-in-law. A visitation will be held on Tuesday May 29 from 5 to 8PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home.
