Simone Antoinette Owens

With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Simone Owens on September 9, 2024, a devoted mother, wife, and dedicated professional. Simone’s greatest joy in life was her three children: Dani "Bear," Dominick "Boobie," and Lance "Buddy." She lovingly supported their dreams—encouraging Dani in cosmetology, Dominick at Indeed, and Lance as he pursued bowling at Belmont Abbey College. Her purpose was always to be there for them, no matter what.

Simone was also a steadfast partner to her husband, Reggie, whom she supported throughout his 30 years of service in the Marine Corps. Among the many qualities she cherished in him, one of the most special was his ability to make her laugh, filling their home with joy and love.

Simone found happiness in the simple pleasures of life. She loved date nights with Reggie, shopping at her favorite stores like TJ Maxx and Ross, and the occasional trip to the mall. These moments brought her peace and joy, and they are memories her family will treasure forever.

Simone worked passionately in the travel industry for over 25 years, forming lasting connections and bringing joy to those she served. Her kindness, love, and unwavering dedication to her family will never be forgotten.
