He was born in Burlington, Vermont on January 3, 1964 to Stephen and Patricia Plumb. Steve was known for his jovial nature and was most at home on the water.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Plumb.
Steve is survived by his wife of 17 years, Jennifer Plumb; daughter, Samantha Plumb; stepsons, Bryan and Stephen Fraley; father, Stephen Plumb; and sister, Marjorie Plumb.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 2pm at MeadowWood Memorial Park, 700 Timberlane Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32312.
