Tommy Gann was born on Monday, April 25th, 1944 in Stilwell, OK. He was the son of Looney Gann and Daisy (Killer) Gann. He loved his family; he especially looked forward to visiting with his grandchildren and his kids. He enjoyed going to family gatherings when he was able. He also treasured his friends in the nursing home and was well loved by the nursing home staff. Whether it was family or a friend, he always greeted people with either a fist bump or thumbs up. His favorite pastimes included playing baseball, doing a little fishing off the creek banks, watching OU football, and collecting pop can tabs. Above all, Tommy was a child of God and was a member of Salem Baptist Church in Stilwell, OK. Tommy went home to be with his heavenly father on Monday October 28th, 2019 at the age of 75 with his beloved daughter Bridget by his side.
Tommy is preceded in death by his parents Looney and Daisy Gann, four brothers and three sisters George Gann, Frank Gann, Little John Gann, Big John Gann, Patsy Beason, Ella Qualls, and Sally Gann.
Those left to cherish his memory include his three sons, Bobby and Billy Gann both of Lyon Switch, OK and Willard Pritchett of Stilwell, OK, two daughters Bridget Gann and husband Timothy Duncan of Stilwell, OK, and Kathy Gann and husband Jimmy Ross of Lyon Switch, OK. He also leaves behind five grandchildren, Evan Ross, Trent Ross, Laranda Duncan, Cherokee Duncan, and Feather Duncan as well as a host of friends and loved ones too numerous to mention.
