Donna Jean Chuculate was born on February 19th, 1962 in Tahlequah, OK, the daughter of Taylor and Melinda (Beamer) Chuculate. There were four brothers and three sisters in the household, Levi, Michael, Donald, Johnny, Cinda, Linda, and Denise. She graduated from Sequoyah High School then went on to obtain her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Flaming Rainbow University. She was the proud mother of one son and three daughters, Amos, Cassandra, Mildred, and Caitlin. They were everything to Donna and every spare moment she had was spent being with them. She earned her living as an Administrative Assistant with the Cherokee Nation. Her work was her passion in life, and she strived to do the best job she possibly could each and every day. She was always volunteering to help others in any number of causes. When she had time at home, Donna loved to go picking greens with her sisters. She was always outside, working in her yard and garden, or chasing her grandchildren through the yard. She was an avid softball fan of her daughters, and loved watching them play. There was nothing more enjoyable than a day fishing, as long as she could get someone else to put the worm on the hook! When football season rolled round, she was ready to yell for the Greenbay Packers! She was accomplished in the kitchen and loved to make meals and gather her family for holidays and special meals. Her grandchildren were the apple of her eye. There was no place she would rather be than with her grandchildren. She was their biggest fan. She was known to catch up with her friends at the casino and share a little time and enjoy an evening. Donna was always ready to help anyone who needed her assistance, she was kind, generous and loving. Her smile was always there for everyone, making you feel like you had a friend in Donna. Her health began to fail her and Donna passed from this life after a hard fought battle. She was 56 years old. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by her mother, father, one brother Johnny, a special friend Curtis Billie, and her grandparents.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Amos Chuculate, Cassandra Chuculate, Mildred Ingram and husband Clayton and Caitlin Chuculate all of Tahlequah, OK.
