Deborah Ann Andrews known as “Debbie” was born March 3rd, 1956 to Dale Luper and Achsa Burch. She was the youngest of their children. She had one sister Linda Faurie and one Brother Thomas Luper. She had two daughters Brandy Luper and Charity (Andrews) Chumley, one son-in-law James Chumley, and two grandchildren Kyilee Chumley and Nathan Chumley. Debbie was a very family oriented person. She helped raise her nieces Bobbye, Debbye, and Manndye and great niece Chantell. She also loved to cook and was the glue that held the family together after her grandma Irene passed away. She hosted most of the family birthday and holiday dinners at her house. Debbie’s greatest joy was her grandchildren. If she wasn’t working she was spending time with them. Debbie had multiple professions throughout her life; the last one being a HTS worker with the mental challenged and handicap. She re-dedicated her life to the Lord this past September.
Debbie passed from this life on October 22nd to be with her Heavenly Father with her daughter Charity, son-in-law, mother, brother, and sister-in-law by her side. She is preceded in death by her daughter Brandy (infant), father Dale Luper, grandparents Clyde and Irene Luper, grandparents Addie and Oscar Burch, her uncle George Clinton, and Cousin Larry Clinton.
She survived by her mother Achsa of Rose, OK, Daughter Charity and Husband James of Hulbert, OK, two grandchildren Kyilee and Nathan Chumley of Hulbert, OK, sister Linda of Stilwell, OK, and brother, Tom and wife Erlene of Rose, OK, as well as multiple aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
