David Euel Hardman was born on June 23rd, 1958, in Novato, CA the son of William Cecil and Ann Lee (King) Hardman. He was raised with a brother, Bill and five sisters, Cecelia, Carol Ann, Cynthia Ann, Elizabeth Ann, and Patricia Ann. He attended school and then started his studies at Northeastern State University in horticulture. David was a free spirit, a man that liked his life just the way he found it and lived life by his own terms. He was the adventurous spirit of Tom Sawyer, jumping off bridges when he was young, deep under the hood of a classic car making the motor hum, and looking to the night skies, studying the stars and all things astrological, and reading books on UFO’s and Extraterrestrials. He liked hunting rocks and precious gems, and meteorites. All this was done while listening to the music he loved, Simon and Garfunkle, Pink Floyd, Jimmy Hendrix, Prince, country, western and all genres in between. He was an avid sports fan and he didn’t care if it was football or baseball, he was ready to watch, same went with a really good movie. All of this was done while in the company of his feline and canine companions, Harriet Potter, Caleigh, Baby Gaga, Lightning, Cricket and Morris, and the canine crew, Effa Lusti, Lola and G.T. He met and married the love of his life, Ellen Carol Wakamatsu. Together they shared 17 years of memories, happiness and all the adventures they could find. He was the proud father of two daughters, Marissa “Punkin” Ann and Michelle Morning Star. He was so very proud of all they accomplished and enjoyed their company immensely. He was the grandfather of Nakiah, Aleah, Aliveah, and Larry and the great grandfather to Kalani and Kenai, and cherished every moment he had to spend in their company. David was a deeply spiritual man, a proud Muscogee Creek, steeped in the traditional stomp dances, and the traditions of his people. He believed in helping his fellow travelers in this life, and wasted no time in helping anyone that needed him. He worked hard, played hard, showed dedication and loyalty. He loved his wife, children, family and friends unconditionally. For all the adventures he had yet to try, he passed from this life on May 4th, 2023, in the home he loved. He was 64 years old and leaves a vacant chair that will never be filled.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his beloved daughters, Marissa Ann Hardman and Michelle
