Vera Stone Jackson, 99, of Weogufka, Alabama, passed away on April 12, 2025. A private gathering will be held at a later time.
She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was married to Harold Jackson for 60 years until his passing in 2006. Vera was known for her kindness, generosity, and strong faith, which touched all who knew her.
She is survived by her son, Sid Jackson and wife LeAnn Jackson of Kapaa, Kawai; daughter, Susan Baxley of Sylacauga; grandson, Ben Lockridge and wife Kacie Lockridge of Bay Minette, Alabama; and granddaughter, Jessica Anne Lockridge of Sylacauga.
Her loved ones will forever treasure and deeply miss Vera's spirit and endless love.
