Robert "Bobby" Payne

Childersburg, AL - Graveside service for Robert "Bobby" Payne, 83, will be Sunday, July 24, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Tallasahatchie Cemetery with Bro. Wesley Johnson officiating.

Mr. Payne died Thursday, July 21, 2022 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell & Irene Payne; sister, Shirley Ann Payne; and two brothers, Joe R. Payne and Lowell Payne.

He is survived by his wife, Marie Champion Payne; two step-sons, Dwayne Moxley, Jeffrey Moxley; step-daughter, Ellen Moxley Smith; two brothers, James D. Payne, Phillip W. Payne; 16 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and 2 great great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 23, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and also Sunday, July 24, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. till 1:45 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Chris McGrady, Lynn Brown, Joey Strickland, Randy Dobbs, Kenneth Butler and Eddie Strickland. Honorary pallbearers will be Lenoard Easterwood, Bob McGrady, Jackie Mims and grandchildren.
