Rebecca "Becky" Ann Bird

Harpersville, AL. - Rebecca "Becky" Haywood Bird, age 64, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2024.

Rebecca is survived by her husband, Mickey Bird; son, John N. Bird; two brothers, Barion Franklin Haywood (Rose), Marvin Thomas Haywood (Cheryl); mother-in-law, Cherovise Bird; sister-in-law, Wayne Haywood; sister-in-law, Selena Y. Spates (Randy); sister-in-law, Vickie Lynn Quinn (Herman); and numerous nieces and nephews.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Bessie Haywood; sister, Nelda G. Haywood; brother, James M. Haywood; brother, Baby Boy Haywood; brother, Richard Haywood; father-in-law, Carl "Red Bird" Bird; sister-in-law, Shelta Haywood; and sister-in-law, Debra Haywood.

She loved southern gospel music and loved her calling in Nursing and helping others. She loved her family and will be missed on family vacations, whether camping in the mountains or at Disney World, leaving fond memories.

A visitation for Rebecca will be held Friday, October 18, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Harpersville Providence Baptist Church, 37 Meadow Ln, Harpersville, AL 35078, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with Bro. David Williams and Bro. Jeff Adams officiating.

Rebecca will be laid to rest in Harpersville Cemetery, Harpersville, AL.
