Master carpenter and true friend. I was blessed that he shared his life and skills with my family, especially my husband Jerry Greenup who he is fishing with in the sky. He was the best friend Jerry ever had. I,  as raised by a carpenter, was filled with amazement every time I saw his work. I will never forget Michael and please know I send you all my kindest prayers. Of course, to Nancy first. You made his life complete.

I met Mike when he married my best friend and I had the pleasure of being their maid of honor. I remember thinking what a good choice Nancy had made. They had more than their share of travails, trials, and tribulations but the one quality I continued to witness was that as it was said of Jesus, "...he loved them unto the end" (John 13:1 King James Bible, 1611), Mike loved Nancy and the kids unto the end.
