Maxine Riley

A funeral service will be held Friday, July 1, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Curtis and Son North Chapel with Rev. Keith Dennis officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Maxine is survived by her daughters, Jackie Lynn Gilliland (Jim) and Cathy Diana Liner; her grandchildren, Tracy Gilliland (Jerri Lynn Gilliland), Kaylyn Liner, Nathan Roberts; and her great grandchildren Tristan Carlisle, Lauryn Elliott and Lucas Wells.

Maxine was preceded in death by her husband Jack Riley; her son-in-law Dale Liner; her father James Horace Davis and her mother Dessie May Woods Davis and her four sisters and their spouses.

Maxine was a member of Mignon Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking and entertaining her family. She and Jack enjoyed traveling with the Sylacauga Travel Club.
